Learn About the Possibilities for Your Quilt!

Susan Hottovy, the creative brains behind Forest Acres Custom Quilting, provides all-over, edge-to edge and custom quilting designs. Susan has been sewing since she was 8 years old and has been quilting for the past 29 years. 

​

Prior to starting Forest Acres Custom Quilting in 2016 Susan was a band teacher, spending the majority of her career at the middle school level. On evenings and weekends you could find her in her sewing room working on her many quilting projects.

​

When Susan is not quilting you can find her traveling around Nebraska with her husband, Tom, cheering on the Royals and Huskers, or visiting her children and grandchildren.

​

All quilting is done on a Handi-Quilter Avante. Everything is customized to your specifications without the use of a computer.
